Mit wissenschaftlichen Beiträgen zur psychotherapeutischen Praxis und Forschung dient die Zeitschrift Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft der anhaltenden und nachhaltigen Entwicklung der Psychotherapie. Sie nimmt Stellung zu aktuellen Fragen und Problemen und fördert den interdisziplinären Austausch über grundlegende Fragen wie Indikation, Methodik, Effizienz etc. Die Zeitschrift zeichnet sich durch ihre Offenheit für alle psychotherapeutischen Richtungen aus.
Historie
Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft ist die Nachfolgepublikation der zuvor im Springer-Verlag erschienenen Zeitschrift Psychotherapie-Forum. Von 2013 bis 2017 wurde sie von der Schweizer Charta für Psychotherapie, einer Abteilung der ASP, verlegt. Seit 2017 erscheint sie im Psychosozial-Verlag.

With scientific contributions to psychotherapeutic practice and research, the journal Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft serves the ongoing and sustainable development of psychotherapy. It takes a stand on current questions and problems and promotes interdisciplinary exchange on fundamental issues such as indication, methodology, efficiency etc. The journal is characterised by its openness to all psychotherapeutic directions.
History
Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft is the successor publication to the journal Psychotherapie-Forum, previously published by Springer-Verlag. From 2013 to 2017, it was published by the Swiss Charter for Psychotherapy, a division of ASP. Since 2017, it has been published by Psychosozial-Verlag.
