Psychodrama ist ein humanistisches Verfahren, das neben der Psychotherapie in vielen anderen Formaten erfolgreich eingesetzt wird. In diesem Grundlagenartikel werden die Besonderheiten psychodramatischer Supervision theoretisch und praktisch beleuchtet. Anhand von vier Fallbeispielen wird veranschaulicht, wie praktisches psychodramatisches Handeln mit den drei Strukturtheorien sowie mit den zentralen Psychodrama-Konzepten »Szene« und »Surplus-Realität« zu verbinden ist.

Abstract:
Psychodrama is a humanistic method that is used successfully in many other formats alongside psychotherapy. In this basic article, the special features of psychodramatic supervision are examined both theoretically and practically. Four case studies are used to illustrate how practical psychodramatic work can be combined with the three structural theories and the central Psychodrama concepts of »scene« and »surplus reality«.
